Peter Pedersen Solo
Peter Pedersen’s solo guitar project is a personal musical space where he performs entirely alone on the guitar. Rooted in jazz guitar tradition and classical guitar technique, the music blends improvisation, harmonic depth and lyrical expression into a distinctive and personal sound.

Drawing inspiration from artists such as Joe Pass, he explores the guitar as a complete instrument — melody, harmony and rhythm unfolding simultaneously. His classical background informs his touch, tone and dynamic control, while jazz provides the framework for spontaneity, interaction and storytelling in the moment.

His repertoire spans a wide musical range — from traditional classical compositions and jazz standards to more modern repertoire by artists such as Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson, as well as Danish songs and folk melodies, all arranged specifically for solo guitar.

The result is a solo guitar approach that is both refined and accessible, balancing technical precision with warmth and musical presence. Each performance is shaped by the room, the audience and the moment, making no two concerts the same.

This format works equally well in concert halls, intimate venues and private settings, offering a focused listening experience where the guitar stands completely on its own.
